Our scholarship program is funded by generous donations by women in our community, as well as raffle ticket sales conducted at the end of the festival. Unfortunately, this year we will not be able to offer any scholarships. We are so sorry for any hardship this causes. We offered too many last year and now we just don't have the money to do it this year.
